Our Automotive client are looking for a Control Systems Engineer for Transmissions RESPONSIBILITIES: . Establish the development procedures of transmission electronic control system. Working closely with Engine electronic team, to set up and maintain electronic control system platform. . Establish control strategies for transmission integration. Build up the control system overall structure. . Following the design target, establish technical requirement of control hardware, including sensor and control motor specification and requirement. . Working closely with mechanical design team, ensure all hardware meet the requirement of overall Powertrain layout limitation. . Build control system models and conduct simulation work. Responsible for control software writing including clutch and gear shifting. Conduct SIL test. . Build up TCU prototype and conduct HIL test. . Assist with rig testing and conduct test bed calibration. . Assist with vehicle tests and conduct vehicle performance calibration. . Ensure vehicle driveability, fuel efficiency and shift quality meets the targets. Conduct subjective vehicle assessment within time scale. .
