You must have experience of IT projects, analysis, software implementation and software consultancy. You shall be involved in software product implementation, training, post software support, taking client specifications and helping with specific product design. The Senior Consultant will shape project plans, lead the thinking and manage senior client relationships, and the Assistant will be expected and encouraged to contribute to this. However, the emphasis of their role will be to execute the plan, articulate the thinking, and manage day-to-day client liaison. They will need to quickly become competent and self-sufficient enough to allow a relatively light touch from the Senior Consultant.
