Call Centre Trainer - East of England - £19,500 (6 month fixed-term contract) Are you looking to join a large, successful organisation who have an ongoing commitment to helping learners achieve their highest potential? One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Call Centre Trainers covering the East of England. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Call Centre industry to provide teaching and support to learners, enabling them to realise their career potential. Responsibilities include: - Delivering and assessing any additional underpinning knowledge not provided by their workplace - Delivering and assessing induction training - Providing guidance and mentoring to the learner - Monitor apprentices' progress in the other components of their Apprenticeship framework - Developing and delivering commercial courses The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a teacher/ training qualification, e.g. PTLL's, CTLL's or DTLL's. It is essential that you have the ability to work with and support a range of learners with experience of the Call Centre industry. It is also essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the East of England region to visit different workplaces. I have over 3 years of teaching experience (including exam preparation) and can teach any level (with home-made materials to suit) from complete beginner to advanced.
